Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the bookluxenow.com website and the transportation services provided by Luxe Car Service LLC (“Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Section 02

Our Services

Luxe provides professional black car and chauffeur services — including airport transfers, corporate transportation, private chauffeur hire, point-to-point rides, event transportation, and membership programs — throughout Greater Boston, the North Shore, and the Merrimack Valley, using our luxury SUV fleet and professional chauffeurs.

Section 03

Booking & Reservations

Reservations may be made online at book.bookluxenow.com or by phone. All rides require a minimum of 1 hour advance booking. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight information, and contact information.

Section 04

Pricing & Payment

Point-to-point fares are calculated by distance and confirmed at the time of booking. Airport transfers and chauffeur services are offered at the rates published or quoted at booking. Prices are flat-rate with no surge pricing. Payment is processed through our secure booking system; corporate accounts may be invoiced on Net 30 terms where approved.

Section 05

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Plans change — here is how cancellations are handled:

  • 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
  • No-show (failure to appear at the pickup location, or no notice given): no refund.

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us as early as possible by phone or email. Changes are subject to availability.

Section 06

Wait Time, Delays & Flight Tracking

For airport arrivals, we track your flight in real time and adjust pickup for delays at no additional charge, including up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing. For non-airport pickups, reasonable wait time may apply; extended waiting beyond the grace period may incur additional charges disclosed at booking.

Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

To keep every ride safe and pleasant, passengers agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and the lawful instructions of the chauffeur;
  • Wear seat belts and not exceed the lawful passenger capacity of the vehicle;
  • Refrain from illegal activity, smoking, or vaping in the vehicle; and
  • Be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of their conduct, which may incur a cleaning or damage fee.

Service Availability & Right to Refuse

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger who behaves unlawfully, unsafely, or abusively, or whose conduct endangers the chauffeur, the vehicle, or others.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any ride shall not exceed the amount paid for that ride. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Section 10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe and its chauffeurs and staff from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on bookluxenow.com — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Luxe Car Service LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. See our Copyright page for details.

Section 12

Third-Party Booking & Payment Platforms

Bookings and payments may be processed through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
